Where do my alerts go when my patient has a repeat/critical breach?

Your alerts will only ever go to the person/group you have set them up to go to. To choose who your alert is going to:

• log into Florence
• click on ‘Accounts & Settings’ in the top right hand corner
• click on ‘Overview’ in the lefthand menu
• make sure you have an up to date email address entered if you want to receive email
• make sure you have a main group selected
• make sure you have a first and/or second alternative contact seleted
• remember to press save

Once you’ve made sure of the above, ask Florence to send alerts to go to who you choose by going through the following set up’s: * Send alerts to yourself * Send alerts to your colleagues * Send alerts to your main group
