You can transfer a patient to another clinician. Go to the patient’s readings screen, click “Edit patient”, at the bottom right is link called “Transfer Patient”. This link will take you through the process.
You can transfer the patient to another clinician in your group or another clinician that is already associated or running services for that patient.
Transferring a patient will move the patient off your case load, all alerts, notification and reminders will be sent to the clinician you choose. You will no longer be able to view the patients readings or receive any information relating to this patient.
