A patient can’t text into 64711 using an iPhone (after upgrading to iOS 8)

If a patient is unable to text into 64711 using an iPhone it may be a problem with the version of iOS that they’re using. Don’t worry, they will be able to with a few simple changes. If they upgrade to the latest version of iOS 8 and delete all saved Florence message threads they will be able to text the shortcode successfully.
