How do I personalise services for my patient?

You can personalise how services interact with a particular patient by changing the parameters in the patients profile. What we mean by this is you can tailor the service to a patients specific needs. Once you have added the service to a patient, click on a service name under the “Services” tab on the “edit patient” screen. Choose an entry from the summary list and you are now ready to personalise the service for that particular patient.

Depending on the service you will see up to three sections for editing.

  • Schedule (time/date/frequency/duration)
  • Reading Limits (reading boundaries outside which notifications or alerts will be generated)
  • Messages (content of the various text messages)

To reveal and personalise any of these settings, just click on the heading of the desired section and edit the entries. When you have finished editing don’t forget to save the form.
