Enrolling a patient to a monitoring or prompting service (Protocol)

To add a service such as Blood Pressure monitoring or Medication Reminders to a patient select the patient concerned from your case load Just under the patients name is a link to “add a service”.

Florence will present you with a list of predefined service options called protocols. The protocols have been preset and validated by your clinical team leader, just select the one you want.

Although this adds a predefined messaging protocol to a patient you can personalise the schedule, alert settings or message content by editing the patient and selecting from the list of services on the left hand side.
