Changing patient details

Go into the “edit patient” facility and under the “General details” tab you can change the patients personal information including their name, mobile number, NHS number.

You can also suppress unscheduled responses from Flo. What this means is, if a patient sends in a text message that Florence can not recognise or is not expecting then it will not send an SMS in response.
